Chef de Rang Apply
A culinary and hospitality genius, you will be as at home in the kitchen as you are front of house. Experience of 2-3 years in European food prep in a commercial kitchen setting is a must as is a passion for the highest levels of service delivery.
Commis Chef Apply
Culinary school fresh grad or just a year or so in the industry? This position is for those who are eager to learn all aspects of becoming an outstanding culinary artist. Involved mainly in prep work and directly assisting the Executive and Sous Chefs in the execution of service, the learning curve is steep but the experience is rewarding. If you're just looking to peel potatoes then this is not the position for you. If you want to be a real Chef, though, and be involved in the creation and delivery of fine menus, then apply!
Hospitality Experts Apply
