Autumn gives us the opportunity to eat from the horn of plenty as the harvest brings the fruits of the earth int o the heart of the home.

 

We begin the culinary journey Quattro Stagioni d'Alti Gusti with arguably the most relaxing meal of the week ... Sunday Brunch ... or Colazipranzo Domenicale.

For our second master class of the season, we recall the culinary traditions of the Italian Harvest Festival ... or Festa della Raccolto ... with dishes drawing on the inspiration of the tastes and textures of autumnal produce.
