Our signature seven-course degustation. Hosted in the privacy of the kitchen-side Chef's Table for 8—16 guests, this is an immersive exploration of origins, flavours, and techniques. It is the essence of what AG has been from our beginnings; the complete, unedited experience of our hospitality.

A synoptic of the epic, offering a distillation of the full | CURIA | convivium experience. Curated for an uninterrupted, six-course journey through the tastes and textures of our culinary philosophy, the FORVM menu is designed for social gatherings of 4–7 guests within the communal setting of our main dining room.

The SPQR dining room operates primarily as a protected domain for our Evocati. Membership grants at-will access to our exclusive à la carte offerings, including the daily-changing AG Piccolo menu, alongside comprehensive corkage and service privileges. Evocati may also extend their patronage by nominating friends to dine as honoured Consors.


Please note: The SPQR à la carte experience is strictly reserved for Evocati members and their nominated Consors. It is not open for public booking.
