The private kitchen of Chef Simon Phillips, d'ALTI GUSTI, is Klang Valley's most sought after reservation for Italian private fine dining, offering guests an intimate experience of fine food and exquisite service in a cozy private setting that is yours alone for the night.

One reservation per night guarantees complete privacy for groups of 6-16 guests, who are invited to indulge in the CHEF'S TABLE experience, personally curated and hosted by Chef Simon Phillips.

An intimate environment for private groups of up to 16  guests set in a remodelled bungalow in Petaling Jaya. Surrounded by the kitchen, the dining area provides a welcoming and immersive dining experience.

Service at the very highest levels is the hallmark of the d'ALTI GUSTI experience. We offer our full-service table d'hôte menus with great pride in giving guests the most refined and attentive dining experience.

Corkage is free of charge for wines and spirits and guests are welcome to send wines prior to dinner so they can be properly prepared.

As the entire venue is your's for the night, arrangements can be made for the setup of decor for special occasions or business functions.


Personally curated by Chef Simon Phillips, the CHEF'S TABLE is a bespoke dining experience. Patrons may choose to follow the seasons by requesting a menu of seasonally inspired dishes, or select from the broad canon of Chef's signatures to create an entirely personal menu for their guests.
Chef regularly curates special menus for guests bringing a specific progression of wines, or for groups with specific dietary requirements including pork-free menus.
The CHEF'S TABLE presents full fine dining menus that extend across seven or more courses, each personally introduced and narrated by Chef Simon Phillips.
